Two Palmdale men arrested four months ago in connection with two robberies and an attempted robbery have been ordered to stand trial, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office said.

Abraham James Bautista, 19, and Joshua Lamar Right, 20, appeared in San Fernando Superior Court on Thursday, each charged with felony robbery, said Ricardo Santiago.

They are scheduled to be arraigned in court March 20.

Bautista and Right, identified respectively by Santa Clarita Valley sheriff’s deputies as a seat installer and a construction worker, were arrested Oct. 23 on suspicion of robbery in relation to at least two incidents.

They were arrested during separate incidents by deputies from Santa Clarita Valley Station and Palmdale Station.

“All of these crimes involved suspects who brandished a knife during the robbery and attempted robbery,” Lt. Steve Low said in news release issued at the time of the arrests.

One of the robberies occurred in an industrial area of Valencia, where the robbers stole cellphones and wallets from the victims, Low said.

The victims were able to give a description of the suspects and the vehicle the suspects fled in, he said.

Both men were placed in custody at the Men’s Central Jail in Los Angeles.

Last month, however, Bautista was transferred to the North County Correctional Facility at Pitchess Detention Center, according to information maintained by the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department’s Inmate Information Center.

Bail for Right is set at $190,000 and bail for Bautista is set at $120,000.
