U.S. HealthWorks of Santa Clarita announced Monday that it acquired two new occupational healthcare care centers in Ohio. It bought Occupational Care Consultants and Therapy Works in Toledo.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The latest deal brings U.S. HealthWorks eight centers in Ohio.

Valencia-based occupational health and urgent care centers - U.S. HealthWorks - has 205 centers and worksites in 19 states.

Occupational Care Consultants patients can expect to receive the same level of care and service that they have received in the past, said Adam McPhee, divisional vice president of operations for U.S. HealthWorks.

“We welcome the medical staff and employees of Occupational Care Consultants to the U.S. HealthWorks team,” McPhee said.
