ROSEMEAD, Calif. - Southern California Edison (SCE) will help its residential customers "follow the sun" with a free session on the California Solar Initiative (CSI) program and the incentives it offers to homeowners who decide to "go solar."

The 90-minute information session will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27 in the large assembly room at SCE's Valencia Service Center, 25625 Rye Canyon Road, Valencia 91355.

The session is free but requires registration because space is limited.

Customers will learn about solar energy basics, benefits of installing a solar energy system, tax credits and other financial models that can help reduce upfront costs and financial incentives through the CSI program.

Additional free parking is available in adjacent lots as well as on the street along Crocker Avenue.
