UPDATE: Three alleged ‘johns’ busted in Stevenson Ranch sting operation

Three men from outside the Santa Clarita Valley were arrested Thursday night during a “johns” sex sting in Stevenson Ranch and were charged with misdemeanors of solicitation, a sheriff’s official said Friday.

The operation — dubbed an Internet “sex buyer” sting by authorities — was conducted in the 25200 block of The Old Road in Stevenson Ranch to attract people looking to pay for sex, said Lt. David Oliva of the Sheriff’s Department Major Crimes Bureau.
