Results Fitness named one of nation's top 10 gyms

LOS ANGELES- Santa Clarita-based fitness center Results Fitness, owned by Rachel and Alwyn Cosgrove, was just named by Men's Health magazine as one of America's Top 10 Gyms. Featured in the September issue of the national magazine, Results Fitness is the only Southern California gym to receive this honor.

A gym that focuses on actual member results instead of just membership numbers, Results Fitness achieves faster and better results for their clients by customizing individual programs, consisting of the appropriate amount of cardiovascular activity at the correct intensity and appropriate resistance training, specific to each client's goals and body type.

Alwyn Cosgrove has been committed to achieving excellence in the field of fitness training and athletic preparation for nearly two decades, working with a wide variety of clientele, including several Olympic and national level athletes, five World Champions and professionals in a multitude of sports.

A certified strength & conditioning specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, author of The New Rules of Lifting and The New Rules of Lifting for Women, as well as being a sought after ‘expert' for several of the country's leading publications including a regular in Men's Health magazine, Alwyn has helped countless individuals and athletes reach their goals through sound scientific training.

Rachel Cosgrove, one of the leading authorities in the fitness industry today, has been coaching clients ranging from soccer moms to triathletes to fitness competitors for over a decade, helping each one reach their maximum potential. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA, a certified U.S. Olympic Weightlifting Coach and U.S. Triathlon Coach, as well as a Certified Sports Nutritionist, Rachel is able to utilize a synergistic combination of weight training, cardiovascular training, flexibility, nutrition and lifestyle coaching as part of her client's programs, driving them to lose body fat, gain muscle and achieve the best shape of their lives regardless of age.
