 Joy women's study
Who: Grace Baptist Church
What: Joy of Living Bible Study for women; an interdenominational, in-depth study of God's word in an informal, small group setting. Join in for a 28-week study of Genesis. Child care available for children under 5 years old.

Heart of the Canyons Fall Fair
Who: Heart of the Canyons Church
What: Free Fall Fair 2009. A community outreach event, the Fall Fair will feature many free family activities such as inflatable jumpers and slides, arts and crafts, games, food, magic and music. "There's Magic in the Air," Magic Castle Magician Lincoln Bond to perform at Fair. During this time, Heart of the Canyons will be accepting food and/or monetary donations for the Help the Children, a local nonprofit food pantry and division of Children's Network International.

Every Road meeting
Who: Every Road Covenant Church
What: Dinner, conversation and worship. Every Road is a church that is committed to making a change in the Santa Clarita Valley through active love and a commitment to "walking the road" with individuals no matter where life has taken them. Special services for children. All ages are welcome. Cost is free.

Friends and Family Day
: Santa Clarita Christian Fellowship Church
What: Friends and Family Day, celebrating and recognizing the importance and value of friends and family. Santa Clarita Christian Fellowship Church is reaching out in a special way to connect with, express value for and bring together friends and family in a special worship celebration. The church will debut its first ever Youth Alive Worship service, in which children, youth and young adults will manage all aspects of the service, including a special youth minister who will deliver the sermon. This special service will run concurrently with the regularly scheduled 10 a.m. service, but be held in the multi-purpose room.

Friendly Valley service
Who: Pastor Stan Fix at the Friendly Valley Community Church (United Methodist)
