Three men suspected of running a high-tech identity theft ring that netted $2 million over two years by stealing credit and debit card information at gas pumps have pleaded not guilty to two dozen charges, authorities said.

Charged with conspiracy and multiple counts of Identity Theft, grand theft and computer access fraud are Albert Jose Gonzalez, 39, of Lancaster, Josue Gustavo Albizuras, 42, of Los Angeles, and Cesar Vasquez Echeverria, 28, of Santa Clarita. They are being held on $2 million bail each.

The three were arrested Feb. 25 by members of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department ID Theft North Taskforce and FBI following a three-year investigation, authorities said.
