Chabad of SCV
Chabad of SCV will hold Camp Gan Israel until Aug. 1 at 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Valencia Meadows Elementary School in Valencia. The camp is for kids age 2 to 12. For more information, visit or call (661) 254-3434.

Congregation Beth Shalom
Congregation Beth Shalom will host a summer camp for pre-schoolers until Aug. 14. During the camp, participants will enjoy a different theme each week. Activities will include water days, art projects, cooking projects, on-site field trips and Shabbat Fridays. For children ages 2 to 4, camp will run from 9 a.m. to noon, two to five times a week. Temple Beth Ami
Temple Beth Ami will host Camp TBA until Aug. 29. The summer program will feature enriching activities, including a Judaic experience, offered in a nurturing atmosphere. Bethlehem Lutheran Ministries
Bethlehem Lutheran Ministries will host its Vacation Bible School, known as Friendship Trek, from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to noon. Kids will be able to experience the friendship of Jesus Christ while meeting new and old friends and learning how to care for one another. Each day begins and ends with singing songs with a live band and then continues with Bible Challenge, craft time, games and snacks. First Baptist Church
First Baptist Church of Newhall will host its Vacation Bible School, titled "Outrigger Island," from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to noon each day. During VBS, kids will know, speak and live God's truth aloha style. All children ages four through fifth grade are invited. The Village Church
Vacation Bible School at The Village Church will take place Monday through Friday and will give kids, ranging in age from pre-school to sixth grade, an opportunity to take part in activities, Bible stories, craft and snack time, all with the use of music. Newhall Church of the Nazarene
Newhall Church of the Nazarene will hold its Vacation Bible School for children 4 years old through sixth grade July 21 to 25. Dinner will be held from 5 to 5:30 p.m. while activities will run from 5:45 to 8 p.m. Register by July 1 to ensure a T-shirt. Sloan Canyon Church and Oak Hill Bible Church
Sloan Canyon, a Free Will Baptist Church and Oak Hill Bible, a nondenominational Christian Church, will host their Vacation Bible School July 20 to 24 each evening from 6:15 to 8:15 p.m. at Sloan Canyon Church. The VBS curriculum from Gospel Light is called "Son Harvest County Fair," which teaches children about growing the "fruits of the Spirit" in their lives. Children from kindergarten to sixth grade are encouraged to take part in VBS. Santa Clarita United Methodist Church
Vacation Bible School at Santa Clarita United Methodist Church will be a trip through the scriptures July 21 to 25 from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Children will begin the day with singing and a puppet show to introduce the theme for the day. They will then go to their separate classes to enjoy Bible stories, crafts, music, fun with foods and games. Classes are designed for children 3 years old through those who finished fifth grade.
