U.S. HealthWorks adds two medical centers

Valencia, Calif.-based U.S. HealthWorks, California's leading operator of occupational healthcare centers, has acquired both Technimed Occupational Medicine health care centers.

The acquisitionexpands the number of U.S. HealthWorks operated medical centers to 66 in California and 134 nationwide.

The medical centers, located at 3364 East Slauson Avenue, Vernon 90058 and 4730 Eastern Avenue, Commerce 90040, are occupational health facilities focused on providing injury and illness diagnosis and treatment, preventive services, pre-employment and post-offer exams and testing, and return-to-work programs.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
