Three Ralphs supermarkets in the Santa Clarita raised thousands of dollars last week for the family of Cameron Glover, a 27-year-old Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputy who died in a motorcycle crash earlier this month.

Glover, who worked at the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station, left a wife who is seven months pregnant.

The Valencia Ralphs raised about $1,140 for the deputy’s family by selling root beer floats, employees there said. Totals from other stores were not available.
