Center’s hotline needs volunteers
The Domestic Violence Center of the Santa Clarita Valley is seeking volunteers to help answer the 24-hour hotline. Provides emergency help for domestic violence related callers. Volunteers need to complete a special 40-hour training course prior to answering hotline calls. Dates for the complete 40-hour training at Haven Hills are: June 30 and July 7,11,14,18.  Volunteers need to attend each of the eight training dates. The cost for the 40-hour training is $250.
