Training the brain with fitness

The "reflex action" system of exercise for training the brain and speed of sport action has a potential to establish a new standard for fitness and sport training.

The system is based on observations hundreds of years old. Take, for example, the doctor who hits the knee with a small medical hammer. The leg should jerk up quickly and automatically. This is a typical "reflex action."

The neurophysiology can be described in the following manner: The energy of the hammer disturbs the knew sensors (proprioceptors) which convert the kinetic energy of the hammer in to the action potential of the nervous system by electrical impulses.

This action runs to the spinal cord and from there is guided by its primary motor center to return to the leg muscles and stimulate the muscles for contraction and jerked automatically.

The individual does not decided to jerk his or her leg, it happens "by reflex."

If a doctor were to hit the knee once per second for 10 minutes the leg muscles will be contracted once per second for 10 minutes. This 10 minutes of exercise does not require either "brain energy" or "motivation" because the individual does not have to consciously decide to jerk the leg.

The "reflex action" system of fitness and exercise utilizes this concept where the sensors of your body send thousands of signals per second causing the proper muscle contractions to implement in physical actions (muscle contractions) using the energy of the brain cortex.

In any direct action it is necessary for the brain in its consciousness to create the virtual goal, to use some factors as motivation to provide a program for the contraction of the muscles. The motivation takes place when a person images the coal in his or her consciousness. The excitation of the cortex is where our consciousness creates the energy for all human actions - including muscle contractions.

When the daily energy of the cortex is spent by a person during the day for life support the person has no additional energy for anything - including fitness.

However, a person can be trained in the "reflex action" without using brain energy.

Every creature in the world uses reflex action to keep in physical shape for survival. Reflexes are the most elementary form of nervous action and govern much of the motor behavior of living animals and humans.
The "reflex action" for fitness and brain training includes hundreds of special exercises developed to make the system appropriate for all ages and groups - from children to seniors and from couch potatoes to top athletes.
