The program encompasses functional fitness - moves are designed to simulate ADLs (activities of daily living), and sports moves like golf, tennis, and skiing. We do cardiovascular training, muscle and bone building, core stabilization, and spatial awareness for balance - all within one hour. If you're not quite ready for the fast and furious fitness, at 9:45 a.m. there is a great 30-minute chair class that will suit you. Call the Senior Center at (661) 259-9444, or Linda Bennett at (661) 993-3969.
