Valencia 16, Golden Valley 2

On Thursday, Vikings No. 1 singles player Thalia Wilczynski swept 6-0, 6-0, 6-1. No. 2 Shin Jae Kim won two sets 2-6, 6-1, 6-0 and Andrea Zammit and Amanda Jannson won one set.

Valencia doubles swept with Emily Fraczek and Ashely Karzin leading the way 6-0, 6-1, 6-1, followed by Clarice Fraczek and Maxine David winning, 6-1 6-2. Chelsie Dietz and Swati Shestra took two sets, 6-1, 6-1. The Vikings improve to 6-0 in league and 12-2 overall.

West Ranch 13, Saugus 5

On Thursday, West Ranch's Gavelynn Poonnopatam won three sets (6-1, 6-0, 6-0), Lena Poonnopatam won three sets (6-4, 6-0, 6-4) and Ana Lucia Fuentes won two sets (6-0, 6-0).

In doubles, the Wildcats True O'Niell and Mallory Martin won three sets (6-2, 6-1, 6-0), Rachel Marucut and Bea Araujo of Saugus won two sets (6-0, 6-3) while teammates Christina Callas and Megan Soucy won two sets (6-0, 6-1). West Ranch improves to 5-1 in league while Saugus falls to 2-4.

Hart 14, Canyon 4
On Thursday, Hart's Anne Susdorf swept all three of her sets. Shelly Sachdeva won two out of three.

In doubles the Hart team of Emily Van Houdt and Ingird Jelderks swept all three. Also winning all three sets for Hart was the duo of Stacy Waung and Jessica Martinez. Hart's number three team of Him Boinpally and Sam Fructuoso won two of three.

Saugus' Nicole Smith won two sets. Hart is now 4-2 in league and will face Saugus on Tuesday.
