The Second Service Band will host a community performance Sunday at the First Presbyterian Church of Newhall, giving local residents a chance to experience a one-hour concert.

The free concert, which begins at 5 p.m. Sunday in the church sanctuary, will range from 1960s songs to today’s contemporary Christian music, including music from Elton John, The Rolling Stones, Simon and Garfunkel, Adele, Sara Bareilles, Josh Grobin, Amy Grant, Third Day and Hillsong.

The theme of the concert is “Who is My Life?” and the music will take the audience from living life as an unsaved child to living life as a disciple of Christ.

The concert will feature the musical talents of Alicia Richardson-Lamb on vocals, Ben Johnston-Urey on keyboards, Leo Vannini on guitar, Chris Clewett on bass, Scott Peters on percussion and Samuel Besse on vocals and guitar.

For details, call the church office at (661) 259-0555. The church is located at 24317 N. Newhall Ave.
