Four of the Wendy’s restaurants in the Santa Clarita Valley will help the Santa Clarita Food Pantry provide milk for needy kids — with the help of the eateries’ customers.

From now through Christmas Day, the four Wendy’s will donate a half-gallon of milk to the Food Pantry for every customer who makes a purchase and mentions the Newhall facility that helps feed needy local families and individuals.

“We are making it so easy for families to give important resources to our neighbors who need it the most,” said Rob Montgomery, owner of Wendy’s of Santa Clarita.

“The SCV Food Pantry is one of those groups that many local residents rely on year-round. We appreciate all that they do and we’re humbled to be able to join them in their efforts this year,” Montgomery said.

The four participating Wendy’s are located on Lyons Avenue, Magic Mountain Parkway, Copper Hill Drive and Bouquet Canyon Road.
