A Santa Clarita retailer sold a winning lottery ticket in this week’s Mega Millions drawing.

One ticket with five matching numbers was sold by the Oak Tree Liquor and Deli Market in Saugus, California Lottery officials announced. The winning numbers drawn Tuesday night matched the first five numbers drawn, but not the Mega number.

The ticket is worth $140,688, lottery officials said. Only one other winning ticket, matching the first five numbers, was sold for the Mega Millions drawing. It was sold at a Chevron station in Fontana.

No one matched all six numbers, and so lottery officials expect the jackpot for Friday’s drawing will grow to $89 million.

The numbers drawn were 7, 11, 16, 39, 54 and the Mega number was 13.
