Should billboards be removed from the SCV?

lars1: December 9, 2013 3:58 p.m.

This is just another money grab by metro who wants moneymaking ILLEGAL electronic billboards. Our bought off city council members, weste and mclean, did not oppose the metro pay toll carpool lanes on the 5. We already are paying a 0.5% tax for carpool lanes. we should not have to pay again.
today, metro in orange county dropped the same toll carpool lane scam there after it was met with much opposition by their elected officials.
our elected city council does not care to represent the local citizens.

This is a great program for the City. If we can get rid of those ugly signs, make some money for the City, and have access to use the signs for emergencies, why wouldn't we do this deal??
