If that is the conclusion based on traffic studies conducted by professional civil engineers according to objective criteria, yes. Via a vote by laypersons based on feelings, no.

Speed is not the only issue.
We are getting tired of stating the problems with traffic in Santa Clarita,
and the city does nothing about it.

The traffic signal light timing does not exist. People get frustrated driving on a major road, and consistently hit red light after red light.

In fact, some have found out that if you drive 10 mph or more over the speed limit, they will often get through the next intersection , and not hit a red light.

CITY,
FIX THE SIGNAL TIMING ON MAJOR ROADS.
TIME THE RED LIGHTS SO THAT IF WE DRIVE THE SPEED LIMIT, WE WILL NOT HIT CONSTANT RED LIGHTS.
