Do you think senior pranksters who break the law should be arrested?

People, who break the law must be arrested. However, I would like see punishments geared toward learning and appropriate restitution, rather than incarceration.

I realize it's very Politically Incorrect to actually enforce the law by, well, "law enforcement" personnel, but at some point, officials must put their collective feet down and start arresting and punishing those who willfully and flagrantly break the law. A civil society turns into chaos when there is no deterrent to breaking rules and regulations.

*ANYONE* who breaks the law should be arrested. The penalty should be appropriate based on what was done.

Of course, right now we pick and choose what to enforce.

If you break the law you should be punished accordingly. why would somebody not get punished just because they are in high school. Most Seniors in HS are 18

If the prank requires one to break the law. Then maybe these students should employ the students with higher GPA's to think of a prank that doesn't require them to break the law. Usually breaking the law during a prank likely involves danger to themselves or other students. And should not be tolerated.
