County supervisor to speak at SCV Chamber State of the County luncheon

Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich will address the Santa Clarita Valley business and community leaders on May 1 at the fifth annual State of the County Luncheon.

Along with his goals and predictions for the coming year, Antonovich will discuss the latest on the state’s budget crisis and how it affects the county, public safety, parks, libraries and other vital municipal services.

Having served the Santa Clarita Valley and the 2 million residents of the county’s Fifth Supervisorial District since 1980, Antonovich has been committed to: public safety; effective and responsive representation; and support for small business, our county’s foster children, seniors and veterans.

This year’s luncheon is sponsored by Princess Cruises, NEVHC and SCVTV. As always, this event is open to the public and is being held at the Hyatt Regency Valencia on May 1 at 11:30 a.m.

Luncheon tickets are $50 per person or $500 per table of 10 attendees.
